You will need to submit a POST YOUR EVENT submission form to be added to our website. To promote on our site, you will be charged a monthly fee of $20.00 per month for hosting your event. One of our specialists will contact you and discuss your project, artwork, payments and goals.
An email will be required to setup up an account to host on our website. You are allowed one other contact person on the account. They will also receive the same notifications you receive. After your email has been confirmed. Your custom link will be created to share with family, friends, coworkers, etc. to place their order for shirts.
Your campaign is set up and scheduled to post on our event page for viewing.
You will receive a custom link that can be sent via text message, email or placed on social media or orders can be placed using our website URL
Your custom link will be assigned to go to your custom-built order form.

Your event will have a start date and ending date. All orders will expire 14-21 days before your event. Weekends are not counted as a working day. Every order placed will be charge a small credit card processing fee. You will receive email notification of all orders placed using your custom link. All funds are collected under your link that is held in a stand-alone account. Once your link has expired,
we will tally all orders. You will receive a summary of your campaign sent to the email(s) on file. Please review our tally up against yours.
If your campaign didn't reach the goals, you set for it. You will be the first to know. One of our specialists will reach out to you and discuss your options. You will then decide to accept the slightly difference in upcharge to be added on the backend. If you choose to cancel, we will hate to see you go, however you will be charged a $45 processing fee for our services. This amount account for our general call, setup of your account, links and any calls we received to help get your set this event.

Your order will get prep and set for production. We will accept the full amount of the funds from the stand-alone account to purchase your shirt order. Please be advised we work on a strict timeline.
We DO NOT allow any orders to be called in over the phone or walked into our store front, or added after the link expires and your order has been placed.
(This delays other that followed the rules and guideline you set out when you started your campaign)
Your order is placed with one or more of our vendors. It may take up to 5 days to receive your whole order depending on the warehouse and shipper's location.
Once your shirts arrive, we will began printing production. Please wait on a call from our office to schedule a pickup. Remember we have your event date on our calender. You will then be notified for pick up date and time once your order has come out of production. Please be advised that we DO NOT allow individuals to pick up orders until the event host first verify the entire order. (This is for the locals that want to pick up early) Once the order has been verified, individuals may then use our office as pick-up location. Those that wish to pick up will have to sign their order form and a copy will be scanned and emailed to the event host.
Yes, we will gladly ship your order to you. However, we do not allow breakup of shipment. Your order will arrive at one address only. Shipping is extra and billed to the event host. All balanced owed at this time will be billed and included with your shipping as your final bill.
We use UPS as our shipping provider. You will receive tracking information once they provided it to us. Rush or Next day is at the cost of the event host. We will charge for stand delivery time.
Account Receivable will reach out to you to collect any unpaid balances owed before merchandise are pick-up or shipped.
If your order had an increase in cost per shirt, you are required to pay before any order is received. If you owed a hosting fee and your card on file wasn't charge, due to the funds not being available. You will be required to make all amounts owed before receiving merchandise.
